The secret to sewing accurately is a Scant ¼" seam allowance:
To make multiple Square in a Square units like the one below, see the instructions below:
1) To add another, bigger outer square, you will need to cut four half square triangles.
Measure the first inner square by adjusting the Fabric Guide on the Guidelines Ruler.
2) The Guide will be locked on to the measurement line. Next, attach the H Addition to the Guidelines Ruler. Cut two squares. Then, cut them in half diagonally to make four HSTs to make the bigger outer square.
3) Trim both ends of the HSTs with the Prep-Tool.
4) Sew the HSTs to the original Square in a Square unit. The Super Easy Seam Guide Setter lets you set a Seam Guide at an accurate scant ¼".
5) Measure the second inner square and repeat the process to make a new larger outer square.
